─ Software industry giant JayCo Computing Systems Corp. /

announced today that it plans to buy Keltingware Inc. / for $1.2 billion. //

Keltingware began as a joint venture three years ago, /

partly funded by JayCo Computing, / and provides software /

that helps Web site operators and advertisers / measure the effectiveness /

of their online advertisements and other announcements. //

JayCo Computing, which already owns 5 percent of Keltingware stock, /

will purchase all remaining shares / at a price 21 percent higher /

than the closing price on the Central Stock Exchange on October 1. //

On the same day, /

Keltingware’s name will officially be changed to JayCo Keltingware Systems, Inc. //

Analysts say / the purchase will help JayCo Computing round out its existing lineup /

of software products / for corporate clients. //
