Questions 7-11 refer to the following talk.

All right, everyone. That just about concludes our tour today of the corporate headquarters here at Robin Computer Company. We’ve seen the assembly plant where we customize our personal computers before sending them out to the customer. And now I’d like to take a moment to draw your attention to this room here on the right. What do you see there? Three people, sitting at their desks. It’s very quiet, isn’t it? This is our document processing and publication department. And the reason I wanted to show it to you is that it’s a model of efficiency. When our firm was established 10 years ago, this was a department with 15 employees, with an enormous budget, and taking up five times as much office space. Thanks to the cutting-edge technology, it’s now much more streamlined. Next, we’re going to see our call-center operation. The trend there has been the opposite of that in the document processing center ─ at least in terms of size. Initially, we didn’t even have a call center. Now it’s our most crucial interface with the customer. This is where any of our customers can call us for any reason, 24 hours a day. It has a large office-space of its own, a training center and a total staff of 125.
