Summer is almost here, / and that means it’s time to begin planning /

for the annual company picnic and summer outing. //

As in previous years, /

this year’s event will be held at the Tynan River Recreation Area /

within Grand Falls National Park. //

Although the event is still more than two months away, /

we want to begin planning early /

to make this year’s outing the most spectacular ever. //

Each year, / we have succeeded in attracting /

increased attendance from employees’ family members, /

who have expressed particular appreciation /

for the child-friendly activities we have organized. //

We would like to continue to encourage this trend /

by planning more fun events, /

and are therefore soliciting suggestions and pledges to volunteer. //
